After more than 25 years of TWILINE building automation, the Pfaffechappe School in Baden was once again equipped with the intelligent, future-oriented, and sustainable TWILINE building automation system – Swiss Made – as part of a comprehensive renovation.

The six-story building, with 25 classrooms, an auditorium, a swimming pool, and workshops, art rooms, and group rooms, was completely modernized as part of its conversion from a secondary school to a primary school.

The new TWILINE solution ensures optimal learning conditions through the automated control of light, climate, and shading.

Sun position, occupancy, and air quality are intelligently analyzed and regulated in real time – energy-efficient, comfortable, and low-maintenance.

Daylight-dependent lighting with presence detectors

CO₂-controlled ventilation for healthy indoor air quality

Automatic dimming of lights in corridors and group rooms
